Just over target today.  I could have done more, but I ended a chapter.  Brain didn’t want to move on to the next chapter.

Feeling heavy and tired and sore today.  Still in a minor flare, which means that I need to rest a bit.  Sometimes I wish I could just detach my brain from the rest of my body, leave that to rest and get on with thinking and writing.  I can wish, anyway, can’t I?  This will pass.
