I’m only one scene short of finishing up this draft of Narthex, but I decided to stop for the day. I could force myself to keep on going, but the brain is starting to slow down. I had to keep on tricking myself to keep on going today by taking breaks as it was.
I’m aiming to get my daily word count up to 2k again if possible. But I want two thousand good words, not trash that just needs to be rewritten again. I’ll accept anything over a thousand, and take any more as a bonus.
The vampire novel in my head is begging to be given life, too. Maybe I’ll start doing some plotting and research work for that. Maybe it’ll shut up and let me work on the WIP then
