Today’s progress:

Project: Shaede draft four and a bit
New words: 2,213
Total word count: 43,032
Goal: 85,000 words (or thereabouts)

Writing: Hey, look at that 50%!  I didn’t get a lot done today compared to the time I was at the laptop working, but it’s acceptable.  Some days my brain is slower than others.  I’m still feeling really happy about this draft, which is a good thing, even though I’m kind of sick of looking at it.  But I’m on the downward slope now, so it should all be good.

Real life: The rain forced me indoors today.  Technically, I could have gotten out (and probably should have, for my back is protesting inactivity) in the afternoon, but I didn’t.  Laziness gets the better of me sometimes.
