Writing:
I’m not really happy with today’s writing, but I can’t seem to be able to think myself into the headspace where I can fix what’s bugging me about it. I know what I need these scenes to do, and they’re just not gelling me for me right now.
So I’m going to take myself away from the computer, I think, and hope that my subconscious can figure it out.
Real life:
Cleaned the house, did two loads of laundry. Going to go for a walk in a few minutes, which should hopefully help with the frustration of not being able to work these scenes out properly. Then some review reading and maybe some beta reading if I have some brainpower.
Beauty:
Sunshine! It seems like it’s been raining on and off for what feels like forever. Right now, I look up and can see some blue sky through the skylight in our sunroom. It’s about time that spring started to get here.
