Hello, flicking through PG friends page, I spotted the words Creative & Zen. Have you had problems with the firmware on yours? Mine is no longer supported by the website and now it's given up the ghost and won't accept the installation of any firmware.

I haven't had any problems with firmware, rather I just had issues since there are no Vista drivers (and no plans from Creative to support Vista for the Zen).

I'm finding it massively frustrating. I refuse to become an i-podder due to apple's blatant disregard of the environmental impact of creating throw away technology, that is being...well, thrown away..at an alarming rate due to the high failure in the devices.
Also, I don't own a 'puter and the boyf is not crazy about running a Mac emulator on his PC and then having to install i-tunes too.
