gavin rossdale released a solo album and it's different from bush but i still think it's pretty great. he did a bunch of aol sessions too and ohh man he still makes me melt! you can't view them on the site but if you embed them into lj and private post them you can view them. i'd recommend checking out his album. it's more mellow and very sappy but still good.

I love mental soundtracks to stories, I have a whole playlist (or at least, I did, on Windows Media Player) devoted to my sci fi novel-in-progress (NIP? Heh) Winter Syndicate. I love how inspiring music can be, so much moreso than silence.
