Reason for stopping: Phone call from my mother.
Exercise: 30 minutes walking.
Fun stuff: Secondary character managed to insinuate herself into the storyline even more. Damn girl.
Interesting stuff: Aidan’s first chapter was very fun to write. And for the moment, his words are flowing more easily than Alanna’s. I have Alanna to deal with now again.
Other work: Wrote three reviews last night.
Reading: Anansi Boys by Neil Gaiman.
The glamourous life of a writer: I have my groove on. I’m ending the day’s work not knowing what’s going to happen next. By the time I get to the laptop the next day I have my next batch of words. The men in the basement are hard at work.
Nothing much too exciting today, except a slightly disturbing attraction between characters who really shouldn’t be attracted to each other. Aidan is a bad man.
