Progress notes: 9th October, 2006

New words: Working on a second draft of Three times Three. 2,053 words today.
Total words: 69,041 still on Thought and Memory.
Reason for stopping: Out of energy.

Exercise : 60 house cleaning.
Other work: Nothing.
Reading: Jacqueline Carey’s Kushiel’s Avatar.

Feeling better today than I did last week, mainly due to sucking it up and going back onto the medication that I’m trying to get off. Not happy about that, but I was less happy about feeling absolutely rotten 24 hours a day. I can see why people kill themselves coming off these meds, which is an indication of just how badly I was feeling.

I’m trying not to push it too much today, but too many things are weighing on me, and I’m feeling guilty for it. Reviews getting more and more overdue and queries sitting unfinished, though I got a new printer cartridge on the weekend. But I’ve also learned the dangers of pushing myself.
