Not so sure about today’s edits. Removed another subplot that just confused things – I always thought it was a bit confusing, and had feedback from at least one beta reader that she was confused as well by it.

I really hope I’m not oversimplifying things now.

It’s been a hard slog today, since I’m not well. But I am still determined to get this done and winging its way around the world again as soon as possible. Should finish up edits tomorrow (I hope) and can then spend time on the weekend getting some queries ready.
