Testing out cross posting between my website blog (powered by Wordpress) and livejournal.

I’ve done it again.  The forbidden act of going back to the beginning of the manuscript of Thought and Memory.  Bad, I know, but it needs to be done.  I’ve pretty much overhauled the whole manuscript completely - ripped its guts out and formed them into a new shape.

At the moment, I’m trying to write more each day.  Health wise, things are going pretty well for me, so I’m trying to make the most of it.  I’m pushing myself slowly, trying to get more done on each day, and so far things are going well.   I really wish I could sit down for eight hours a day, treating writing like any other regular job.  But then again, I haven’t worked a regular full-time job for years, so that may never happen.

I’ve definitely reached a point where I can’t not write.  I spent last week off from writing, and the novel was eating my head the entire time.  That time off was needed, however, because I was stuck about how to tackle the brokenness that is Thought and Memory.  I think I’m mostly unstuck right now.
