Thought and Memory

Weird writing day.  It felt like I’d hardly written anything, but I was well over the word limit.  Strange.

I’ve been making myself catch up on review work this week, just making myself do a bit of it every day.  Better than ignoring it and hoping that it will go away.  I just need to not take any more on until I’ve made headway into this.  Promising myself that I’ll get it done after we move (and will be without internet for an unknown amount of time most likely) is not a good strategy.  Since I’ll actually have to unpack things and organise the new house.

I’m dreaming about setting up a good writing area.  I’m fooling myself there, since I tend to do all of my writing work on my laptop while sitting on the couch.  Joint pain (and back pain today, just for something new and fun) will do that to you.  Sitting at a desk kills me after a few hours.  Still, it would be nice to have a lovely area set up that I can point to and show off.
