Another good writing day. I wonder if my subconscious is trying to make up for the chapter that I lost last week? Either way, I’m back to the point that I was before I lost the chapter. Even better, I have a mental map of where I’m going next.

I’m smack bang in the middle of the book, which really should mean that things are dragging. Somehow, I’m actually more into the book than I was at the start. I’m fleshing out the mythology behind my shapeshifters and it’s all falling into place nicely.

Yep, today is one of those days when the book is good. Wait, I’ll probably be complaining about it tomorrow.

I’m suffering from the urge to submit Shaede to some more agents. As things stand, one agent has the full (and has for some months - she is very, very busy). There are a few other agents who I have some interest in, and I should just submit to them. I really want to rework my query, though, which involves going back and looking at the manuscript again. Which would lead me to start playing with it again. At the very least, I need to work on the query and synopsis. Maybe I should just do it and be done with it.
