Thought and Memory

I’m actually impressed at getting anything done today. In between house cleaning and a dentist appointment, I didn’t have a lot of time. But I got those words out, and they were pretty good.

That word count is making me sad, though. I need to remember that I have a lot to change at the start of the book. Later on, I’ll be able to go through chunks without this character and I’ll be able to catch up.

In random website news, I stumbled across a Wordpress plugin that allows automatic updating of the wordpress database. The time taken to update manually is my major gripe with Wordpress, but now it literally takes thirty seconds. It makes me much happier. I’m now running the latest version (which is 2.5 I believe) and it is very shiny.
