A day of rain and intermittent sunshine

Today?s progress:

Project: Shaede draft four and a bit
New words: 2,328
Total word count: 47,567
Goal: 85,000 words (or thereabouts)

Writing: Slow start today, since my concentration decided to go out the window.  I got to work later than usual, aided by a small amount of caffeine (sigh) and managed to get some decent work done.  Still feeling good about this draft.  Just watch, I’ll start hating it any day now.

Real life: It’s still raining on and off, which is beginning to get on my nerves. I like winter, but it’s supposed to be spring now, dammit.  I’ve had a mild headache for the last day (which is making me realise how bad my migraines are – it’s rare that I get a headache that doesn’t make me feel like I want to drill a hole in my skull).  I think the headache is just fibro-related stuff from the weather.  I did get a couple of loads of laundry done, some house cleaning and a bit of gardening in as well.  I’m still surprising myself with how much I’m emjoying gardening.  Making devious plans to add stuff to the garden which is making me happy.
