Project: White Raven draft one

Goal: 100k

Writing:

I can see the end of this draft.  I suspect that it will fall somewhat short of 100k, maybe hitting 90k.  That still gives me some room to expand in edits if I need to, which pleases me.

I still don’t know how I’m going to wrap up a couple of plot threads, though I know how the main one resolves, and I know my last scene.  The rest will come.

Real life:

Did a couple of loads of laundry, which have no hope of drying, since it’s cool and damp today.  Listened to a man stomping on the roof a lot this morning as he cleaned the tiles in preparation for them being recoated next week.  It’s a glamourous life, honest.
