Project: White Raven draft two

Writing:

Pretty happy with today’s work.  I think I’ve finally sorted out the main issues I’ve been having with the last few chapters, which means that I get to move on.  I’m now moving into a part of the draft where I have a feeling that I’m going to get bogged down again, though – unsure as to whether I’m going to cut out a huge chunk and toss it or try to rework it somehow.  I’m leaning towards the latter, but I just need to figure out how.

Real life:

Grocery shopping, which was an interesting experience.  I randomly turned up this morning feeling dizzy and off, but had to go and get groceries all the same.  Turned up the iPod to distract me while I walked, and just zoomed through the shopping.  I was feeling better this afternoon (well enough to be at the computer all afternoon, anyway), so it must have just been transient blood pressure weirdness or something.

Also did some beta reading, which was immensely satisfying.  I still have other beta reading that I need to get to, just seem to be suffering from a lack of time these days.  That kind of goes for everything in general, though.  There’s never enough time, no matter how much you actually have.

Beauty:

Sunshine again today.  Spring flowers are starting to bloom, and despite the fact that we’re supposed to get some rain this weekend, I think the season may actually be beginning to turn.
