Date: 2010-02-06 09:45 am (UTC)5cm rule!! I learned that one the hard way. My anzac's came out fan-bloody-tastic because I didn't 'slab' them, hehe. The rule is a 2-finger width round ball put onto the tray 5cm away from the nearest one, then use fork to squish. All but the sloppiest of biscuits will slab then :)
