Trying to make up for the loss of a chapter by working on the weekend. I’ve actually been wanting to do some work on the weekends for a while, but time hasn’t allowed for it much lately. I didn’t get anything done yesterday, either, so I need to catch up doubly.
I think I managed to salvage most of the work that I lost. At least, I got the scenes rewritten (thanking the computer gods for saving my outline, and myself for keeping that outline updated). I seem to have lost a thousand words somewhere, though, so I either lost a scene or I was rambling needlessly in the previous draft. Either could be possible.
