Project: White Raven draft one

Writing:

Today was one of those days when the writing really didn’t flow easily.  It’s days like this that always make me just want to not bother with work.  The test is not feeling like writing and then just writing anyway.

I did, and the first draft is all over the place, but the general storyline is there.  At this point, that’s what I want.  All of the shininess comes in edits.

Real life:

I’m tired today.  The aftereffects of the flu are kicking my butt, as evidenced by how difficult it was to drag myself out of the house for a walk this morning.  I’m tired of being a sedentary lump, though, and needed to move.  Hopefully I’ll sleep well tonight for it.
