Writing:

It was one of those days when it took me forever to get a small word count.  I think my body’s starting to slow down a bit, and I have no real choice but to go along with it.  It’s frustrating, though, especially since I know where this chapter needs to go, and I’m just lacking the focus and energy to get the words onto the page.  But it’s still forward motion, which is the important thing.

Real life:

Went for a walk this morning, did the grocery shopping.  Both of which were more effort than they should be.  Meh.
