Bah

Today was almost a waste of time as far as writing went. I did get some work done, but nowhere near as much as I would have liked. I’m still working on chapter fourteen, since I’m not happy with it – got the first half sorted out today, though.

I’d like to sit down now and finish these edits, but I think it’s probably better for all involved if I just tackle it tomorrow with a fresh mind. Hopefully I can get this done and the next chapter to make up.

Today’s progress:

Project: Shaede draft four
New words: 2,859
Total word count: 49,266
Goal: 100,000 words (or thereabouts)

Writing: Half this chapter sorted. Now I just need to figure out how to fix the second half. Get to work, men in the basement!

Real life: Went to the rheumatologist. Bought and read Breaking Dawn. Yes. Um, I have no excuse – research? I’m refraining from commenting on the book in a public arena.
