No metrics today

Today has been mostly useless for writing.  I’m blaming it on an incoming storm front (the first real one of the season) playing havoc with the human suit.  Brain fog and high levels of pain just do not help in the word mines.

I did get about 1,000 words written, but I suspect that most of them will be scrapped (along with my progress from yesterday).

I did go for a walk this morning.  And baked some cookies this afternoon, just because I felt like some.  I love having a well-stocked pantry, since it means that I get to indulge baking whims without having to go to the shops.

Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day for the words.
