Writing:

Back in my old routine today, which works much better for me than anything else.  And yes, I know full well that I won’t be able to stick to a writing routine soon!  Hopefully I’ll be able to work around a lack of routine in some fashion, but for now, I’m just making the most of it.

This chapter is going a bit slower, since I’m gutting the whole thing and rewriting it.  I don’t know if I’m quite achieving what I want to, but hopefully my beta readers can give me a decent idea there.  Either way, it’s going to need work in the next revision, most likely.  I’m hoping that I’ll be able to get away with one more major revision of this book before I can start thinking about submitting it and move onto something new.

Real life:

Not much so far, apart from catching up on some beta reading.  I’m going to go for a walk shortly, and then settle down to polish off a book for review afterwards.

I’ve been feeling really sluggish all day, to the point where it’s been difficult to settle down to do anything productive.  Ideally, in a slothful world, I’d have spent the day on the couch watching crappy television.  But nothing gets done that way.
